Vision
To develop Vandazhy as a comprehensive Grama Panchayat that ensures sustainable development and social justice while preserving cultural heritage through an eco-friendly and people-participatory approach.
Mission
- To effectively fulfill the basic needs of all sections of the community.
- To improve basic infrastructure and services such as drinking water, healthcare, education, sanitation, and housing.
- To protect the agricultural sector and traditional occupations while enhancing the livelihood and living standards of farmers.
- To give priority to environmental protection and conservation of water resources.
- To ensure the welfare and social security of women, children, senior citizens, differently-abled persons, and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe communities.
- To preserve the village’s cultural heritage, traditions, and art forms and pass them on to future generations.
- To implement a transparent and accountable system of governance with active public participation.
- To utilize digital services and technology for delivering public services in a faster and more efficient manner.
- To promote employment, self-employment, and skill development opportunities for youth.
- To achieve the overall development of the village by conserving its natural beauty and tourism potential.
